Ah! It’s that time of year again. Thousands of wedding photographers will descend on Las Vegas for our WPPI convention. For 5 days, I will be immersed in continuing education classes, trade show, networking events and good ol’ fashioned FUN! I look forward to this convention every year because I always come back recharged, refocused and a better photographer on the other side. Plus, a hotel full of creatives plus sequins and cocktails is always a great time
I’ll be out of the office from February 28-March 6 and returning calls and e-mails the following week.
In the meantime, I wanted to share a little more with you from our Vendor Guide we have been working on. Old South brides typically book our services right after their venue and date are established. Our shooting calendar fills up 12-14 months in advance. Photography/memories are an Old South bride’s top priority (and we are grateful!) but they have so many questions for us regarding fellow wedding vendors. So, over the past 3 months, we’ve been compiling a comprehensive guide of our favorite wedding planners, DJs, stationers, bakers, hair and make-up artists, florists, rental companies, videographers, venues and more. When our brides assemble an A-list team of vendors, they can truly ENJOY their wedding day (v. stressing over details) and a happy bride is a photogenic bride!! Plus, these vendors have much more than just a pretty website. They have years of experience and we know firsthand they deliver on what they promise.
Here is a sneak peek at some of the wonderful vendors we are proud to work with and call friends. This project has been a labor of love but our brides will love the amazing guide of Vendors we have assembled.
Now……where is my sequin dress….hmm…..off to pack for Vegas!!
