It started with a phone call in July.
Molly was having second thoughts about the wedding photographer she had chosen months earlier. She knew their November wedding would be dimly lit and the decision to hire a “person with a nice camera” was making her feel a little nervous.
Luckily, a friend of mine was a bridesmaid in her wedding and told Molly to reach out to Old South. Like all brides, Molly was looking for a seasoned pro she could trust on the most sentimental day of her life. Dana’s team was the perfect choice and I love the images they created on 11. 19. 16. Molly and Nathan’s Myers Park Methodist ceremony and Palmer Building reception were so filled with love and joy. Dana captured all the emotions they felt this magical day and you can sense how “at ease” the couple felt with Dana behind the lens. Dana and Alice have been a shooting team for nearly 14 years together and our couples sense their expertise and knowledge on wedding days. They bring calm to the chaos of such a busy day.
Wedding days are so special…..these memories will be cherished not just for Molly and Nathan, but their children and even their grandchildren one day. We were the lucky ones who got to tell their beautiful love story. What an amazing and important job we have!
