Who doesn’t love a great party?? I have to say, the dance floor was particularly FULL on 2.17.18 at Hallie and Rob’s reception. As photographers, we love that because the energy stays high all night long. Not to mention, those private dance lessons the bride and groom took SHOWED! Talk about an epic first dance- well done!
One of my personal favorite moments of the night was the speech by Hallie’s Dad, Hal. He said all those sweet Daddy things about loving his girl but the funniest moment was when he openly admitted that “I have about 3 friends here tonight. My wife, Teri, however, has about 150 of her very best friends here tonight!” The crowd roared with laughter! Aren’t Dads just the best? They endure a lot of additional estrogen during the wedding planning year when every topic of conversation from both his daughter AND wife is 100% about the wedding. But, all of their hard work and thoughtful decision-making paid off big time and the night was picture perfect.
I have to take a moment to extend a heartfelt thank you to my fellow vendors. Without their hard work, time and talent, I would have little to photograph and this night was truly a team effort.
